Shipping & Return
We ship everything within 24 hours on business day from Chicagoland. We guarantee you’ll get your order within a week anywhere in the Continental United States. FedEx is our preferred carrier. Please notice we're shipping all expensive products (especially strollers) with signature required option and someone should be able to sign for it. We do not ship to PO Box simply because FedEx, our preferred shipper, will not deliver to it.

We really value your business and will always work hard to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We accept return within 30 days after the item delivered to you. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We refund only the product cost, not the shipping. All returns must be in brand new condition and must be returned to us in the original box and packaging. All manuals, accessories and packaging must be in original, brand-new condition. Any missing or used parts will be deducted from your refund or may result in a declined refund. We cannot be responsible for returns lost during their return to us. We recommend you insure the product.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping and be marked with an approved RA number. To obtain approval and receive your RA number, please contact us.
